Setting Facebook HD Video Upload

If you have video or photo for post to your Facebook page or News Feed. You want to show video and photo as high quality on Facebook Timeline. Fisrt you have to check original file are high definition (HD) videos and make your video shorter and small size.

On mobile you have to open HD video and Photo upload feature on Facebook app.
iOS go to  Facebook app > Settings > Account Settings > Videos and Photos > Video Settings >
Android  Facebook app > Settings > App Settings > Upload Video in HD

On PC you have to open HD video and Photo upload feature in setting
